He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Andrew and Wella Irene Cox Fraser; his wife Norma Fraser; his brothers, Edward Fraser and Franklin Fraser (Junior); and his sister-in-law Wilma Fraser.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Smith (Drew), Terie Stapleton (Jerry), Mark Fraser and Debbie Brooks (Jim); and his great grandchildren, Kristi Bond, Sophie, Esmae Bond, Kevin Stapleton-Kaden (Pam), Koryn, Conner Stapleton, Abby Towery, Kara Kenyon (Sean), Clayton, Katie Dobyns, Sophia, Isabella Kenyon, Daniel Fertig, Bryntlie Lawless, Ryan Miller and Brian Smith.
