She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry James and Layla Viola Hazelbaker Pittsenbarger; her husband Ed Pemberton; her brother Jim Pittensbarger; and her grandson Matthew Richard Benjamin.

She is survived by : her children, Richard, Robert Stitt, Wendy Stitt and Brenda Benjamin; her stepson Danny Pemberton; her grandchildren, Emma Peterson, Rachell Benjamin, Sarah Banks, Eric Pemberton and Katie Harris; and her great grandchildren, Knox Harris, Everly Pemberton, Brody Pemberton and Kaden Ohlert.
