He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Hall and Zula Hall (Hill); his wife Carol Jean Humphrey; his brother Charles Byron Hall; and his grandson Benjamin Cody Padgett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Norwood (David) and Kelly Padgett; his grandchildren, Davi Norwood, Dara Norwood, Dayna Norwood Browne, Hannah Padgett and Parker Padgett; his great grandchildren, Carsyn Cormier, Carter Cormier and Charlie Browne; his sister Francis Tompkins; and his pet Reilly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
