He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Kukuk and Ella Kukuk; his former wife Sara Mills; his siblings, Bill Kukuk and Anita Ella James; his spouse Scotty Brezgiel; his children, Diana Bishop (Ron) of Atchison, Susan Tindall of Tecumseh, Jill Kukuk of Dallas, Texas and Rodney Kukuk (Lori) of McLouth, Kan.; and his sisters, Janice Asselin of Topeka and Donna Swisher of Overbrook, Kan.. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
