Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Carrie Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis Zibell (Tudor). She is survived by: her father William "Bill" Zibell; her husband Greg Hildenbrand; her children, Grace Demmon (Rick) of Shreveport, Louisiana and Reid of Lawrence; and her brother Gary (Becky) of Holton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (946 Vermont St, Lawrence, KS 66044).
The family suggests memorial contributions in Carrie's name to the First United Methodist Church Endowment Fund, or to the cause of the donor's choice, and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
