He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lauderback and Edith Spain Lauderback; and his siblings, Darlene Smith, Kathy Worden and Keith Spain.
He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Gina (John), Darren and Kelly (Peter); his grandchildren, Erin, Chandler, Claudia and Juliet; and his sisters, Barbara Lee Spain Brizendine (Larry) and Peg Hawkey.
