She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Seeger. She is survived by: her son Ashley Seeger; her mother Betty Seeger-Baker (Artman); her stepfather Frank Baker; her siblings, Tim Seeger (Judy) and Tricia Domsch (Eric); and her siblings' children, Jared Seeger, Evan Domsch and Maya Domsch.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Debra's name to Van Go, Inc. and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
