It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Alexander of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, H. D. Cox and Nancy Catherine Cox (Wilder); her husband George Alexander; her son Michael Alexander (Mary) of Lawrence; and her grandson Oliver.
