She is survived by: her husband John Frazier; her children, Tyler Frazier, Lucas Frazier, Thelma Frazier and Cheyenne Frazier; her grandchildren, Kaylea Beiter, Gavin Frazier, Jackson Frazier and Madilynn Frazier; and her siblings, Vanessa, Tina, Chaz, Tammy and Freddie.
