He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rinke and Rose Rinke (Eveld); his siblings, Rosemary Lamb, Clarence, Eugene and Richard Rinke; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Seymour, Donald Lamb, Leo Dahlem, Pat Rinke and Agnes Rinke.
He is survived by: his wife Effie Daniels; his children, Kenneth J. Rinke (Darrelynn), Linda Royals (Raymond) and Katherine Stapleton (Gaines Howell); his sisters, Beatrice Seymour, Bernice Simpson (Chuck) and Emmeline Dahlem (Max Kirby); and his grandchildren, Jason (Desiree), Levi Rider, Melissa, Cody Rinke, Kayla, Kelsey Stapleton, James (Maria), Sarah Royals and Michelle Pinkelman. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
