She is survived by: her children, Sharon Headrick of Independence, MO, Patricia Headrick of Kansas City, KS and Wayne Headrick Jr. (Jeanna) of Kansas City, KS; her grandchildren, Jonathan Dinwiddie, Kenneth Jarred, Kayla Jarred, Paul Headrick, Dawn Shadwell, Daniel Heltzel and Joseph Heltzel; and her sister Debbie Williams. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
