With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Leonard Satterlee Jr. of Leawood, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on August 23, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Mary Satterlee (Goelz) and George Leonard Satterlee Sr.; his wife Lois Jean Satterlee (Johnson); his siblings, Charles Satterlee and Mary Betty McGowan (Satterlee); his children, Jane (Satterlee) Neihart (Bob) and George Satterlee III (Susan); his grandchildren, Jim Neihart (Rachael), Anna Lynch (Adam), Andrew Satterlee (Betsy) and Sarah Chaffee (Tom); his great grandchildren, William, Olivia Neihart, Noah, Judah, Bo, Miles Lynch, Claire Satterlee, Caleb and Joanna Chaffee; and also Mary Satterlee (Goelz).
