It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Kathleen Fagan of Leawood, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Hubert Grimes and Helen Catherine Fitzgerald Grimes; her husband Joe Fagan; her sons, James Fagan and Michael Fagan; and her grandson Brian Fagan.

She is survived by : her children, Joseph, Daniel Fagan and Connie Reilly (Patrick). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
