We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2022, at the age of 101, Wauneta R. Whitsitt (Leawood, Kansas), born in Beatrice, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Meyer and Anna Meyer; her brothers, Duke, Don, Dean, Bobby and Duane; and her children, Mark Steven Whitsitt and Christie Ann Whitsitt.

She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Smith (Doug), Rob Whitsitt, Juli Anderson (Ashley), Kathy Sperry and Mary Denk. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Curé of Ars Catholic Church.
