She is survived by: her children, Royce Penner (BethAnn) of Ogallala, Nebraska and Connie Richert (Bentley) of Buhler; her husband Curtis Penner of Lehigh; her grandchildren, Ethan Penner (Courtney) of Farnem, Nebraska, Layne Richert (Madi) of Inman, Kansas, Daniel Penner (Allison) of Brady, Nebraska and Paige Miller (Kolton) of Inman, Kansas.; and her siblings, Claude Chandler (Martha), James Chandler and Ola Elmore (Paul). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
