She is survived by: her mother Betty Macaulay; her daughters, Betty (Tori) and Lenexa; her husband Bruce; her daughter Tori (Kellan Horner); her brother Bruce Macaulay (Cindy); and her nephew Erik Macaulay. She is also survived by several pets and countless friends.
