He was predeceased by: his wife Denise Spevak; his daughter Amy Marie; and his father John Eugene Johann. He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Ostrander (Browning) of Paola; his children, James of Paola, Jason of Lenexa and Carrie Cunningham (Dan) of Kansas City, Missouri; his siblings, John of Paola, Floyd of Paola, Kathie Spry of Kansas City, Missouri and Carol Tundo of Kansas City, Missouri; and his granddaughters, Olivia Johann and Catelyn Cunningham. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
