He is survived by: his daughter Joy Elizabeth Baska; his granddaughter Myrica Love Joy Johnson; his parents, Keith Baska (Francie) and Patty Baska; his siblings, James Edward Baska and Angela Utz (Clint); and his stepsiblings, Jacob John Edward Baska and Mallory Anna Marie Baska.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Oxford House.
