He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Leonard and Bernadine Leonard; and his brothers, Gary Leonard and Dan Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Annette Leonard of Lenexa, KS; and his siblings, Glen Leonard (Mary), Marianne Moloney, Lynda Leonard McKenzie, Greg Leonard, Jeff Leonard (Pat), Kevin Leonard (Shelli), Joe Leonard, Julie Keller (Scott), Alice Leonard and Brenda Leonard. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and his great nieces and nephews.
