He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Knutson of Lenexa; his sons, Todd (Barb) of Lenexa, Mike (Pam) of Shawnee and Jeff (Anna) of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Kelly, Ashley, Tyler, Chase and Keely; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Zoey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved friends and relatives.
