He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Hollembeak (Grove) and Elmo Hollembeak; his son Todd; his brothers, Hal, Bruce, Roy and Jack; his nephew Nathan; and his grandchildren, Everett and Carly Wright.

He is survived by: his close friend Niki Stambach; his wife Niki; his child Jacque Lindberg (Mark Pulliam); his grandchildren, Tara Fagan (Tom), Ryan Lindberg (Krystal Sarno) and Niki Lindberg (Sean Sikes); his children, Ted Hollembeak (Cathy), Alexa, Michael, Julia, Joey and Melissa Wright; and his grandson Tyler Wright (Tyler).
