He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Best" and Stella Wells Lewis; and his brother Bob W. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jean Lewis; his children, Leigh Anne Petersen (Rodney) of Wichita, KS, Scott Lewis of Raymore, Steve Lewis (Rozanne) of Belton and Nancy Lewis Harmon (Brent) of Kansas City, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Harmony Petersen (Liz) of Seattle, Alisha Petersen (Mickey) of Wichita, KS, Morgan Wilson (Chandler) of Mound City, MO and Zach Lewis (Delanie) of Kansas City, Missouri.; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lewis of Indianapolis, IN, Jim Barnett (Estelle) of Oklahoma City and Mike Barnett (Sandra) of Liberty Missouri.
