He is survived by: his aunt Anna Bernice King (Swafford); his wife Evelene of Lenexa; his children, Art of Lawrence and Gina Jacobsma of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Jeff Schwenk (Erin) of Parkville, David Schwenk of Shawnee and Sachi King of Sydney; and also Leland.
