He is survived by: his children, Kay Modi (John), Tracey Nash (Bob), Clark Spaunhorst (Anna) and Deanne Townsend (Tom); and his grandchildren, Ashley Hardwick, Brittany Branch, Wayne Morris, Jr., Bill Modi and Jessica Modi. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
