She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Clark and Clara Clark; her husband David Madsen; her son Austin (Dianna); her grandchildren, Mathias, Elizabeth, Gideon and Lillian; her son James; her grandchildren, Annabel and Emilia; her daughter Sarah (Daniel Fitch); her grandchildren, Blaire and Roman; her brother Mark Clark (Carla) of Wichita, KS; and her nieces and nephews, Michael, Michelle and Meghan. She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren.
The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Christ Preparatory Academy in her honor, located in Community Covenant Church, 15700 West 87th Street Parkway, Lenexa, KS 66219.
