She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Carroll Daley and Martha Chester Adams Daley; her husband Samuel Shanklin; her children, Beth Shanklin of Lenexa, Trish Pfanstiel (Eric) of Overland Park and Robert Shanklin (Angie) of Lenexa; and her grandchildren, CJ Pfanstiel, Abigail Shanklin, Grace Pfanstiel, Grant Shanklin and Anna Shanklin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Christian Family Services or the Deaf Ministry at the Overland Park Church of Christ.
