She was predeceased by: her son Jerome Jr.; her brothers, Gerald Tremayne and Robert Tremayne; and also Mook, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Jerome Mook (Jerry); her grandchildren, Jerome Mook (Kara), Jesse Mook (Amanda), Connor Zishka, Colby Zishka, Jasmine Savage, Brody Savage, Devyn Zimmerman and Kaenen Zimmerman; her siblings, Neil (Janice), Kathleen Klassmeyer (Chuck) and Pam Kappler (Gary); and her sister-in-law Kathy Tremayne. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
