He is survived by: his wife Meriam Pangilinan Raquel; his daughters, Katie and Abigail; and his siblings, Virgilio, Arsenio (Elizabeth), Tino (Ledesma) of Waipahu, HI, Jerry (Marlyn) of Delano, CA, Anastacia Raquel Tagalan (Bernard) of Seattle, Washington, Monica Raquel-Dadiz Watson of Radcliff and Angelina Raquel of Los Angeles, California. He is also survived by numerous cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in-law.
