It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Marlene Walch (Lenexa, Kansas), born in Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Raymond, Jerry and Elaine. She is survived by: her siblings, Connie Walch of Independence, Marilyn Brown of Columbia, Patricia Walch of St. Louis, Rose Schloot (John) of Hallsville, Missouri, Joe Walch (Gay) of Montgomery City and Bob Walch of Mexico, Missouri; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy McGrellis, Jennifer Brown, Melinda Blades, Phoebe Elliot, Kathy Oenning, Lisa Roland, Jamie Mikel, Kristin Walch, Angela Walch, Wes Brown, Jay Mikel and Greg Hiltabidel. She is also survived by 24 great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or charity of choice.
