He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordelia and Theodore; and his sister Janice. He is survived by: his child Bob; his wife Suzanne of Lenexa, KS; his daughters, Ami Levin (Jeff) of Olathe, KS and Meg Holloway (John) of Overland Park, KS; his grandchildren, Noah Levin (Jennifer), Adam Levin and Miranda Holloway; and his siblings, Wayne Locher (Pat) of Fresno, CA, Betty Metzger (Doug) of Seneca, KS and Roger Locher (Patty) of Sabetha, KS. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
