He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Siembab and Leonide Siembab (Cotnoir); his daughters, Paula Hatem of Wilton, CT and Nancy Carolan (Patrick) of Overland Park, KS; his grandchildren, Danielle Havrilesko (Ben), Alex Carolan (Kirsten), Sean Carolan, Tyler Carolan and Samantha Carolan; his great grandchildren, Jack Havrilesko and Ryan Carolan; his brother Raymond Siembab (Lillian) of Coventry, RI.; and his wife Ann Barbara Siembab (Nietupski).
