She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosoleno Cotitta and Mary Cotitta. She is survived by: her children, Marty Gates (Melissa) and Rose Shafer (Phil); and her brother Robert Cotitta. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Theresa wanted donations made to the Susan G. Koman foundation for cancer.
