He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his child Cindy (Francis Goodson) of Wesley; his wife Felicia Weaver; his grandchildren, Scott, Tristan, Karee, Jordan, James, Nick, Maia, Drew, Keira and Zane; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Maranda, Ely, Rae, Noah, Gabe, Leighton, Kaleb and Cade; his mother Florence Weaver; his sisters, Kaye, Sue and Wendy; and also Steve (Melissa Weaver).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Overland Park Elks Lodge.
