She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore; and her siblings, Bertha, Cornelius DeHaan and Willem DeHaan. She is survived by: her parents, Coenraad DeHaan and Alida DeHaan (Van Essen); her children, Annette Matsumoto (Gene), Alice White (Art) and Henri Pasman (Annemieke); and her brothers, Coen DeHaan and Gerrit DeHaan. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
