He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roy Headrick and Mary Anna Hensley Headrick; and his siblings, Jacob, Harlin, Melbourne, Warren, Ronald, Donald Headrick, Georgia Williams and Myrtle Pettijohn.
He is survived by: his wife Marylin A Smith; his children, David, Kelly of Liberal, Gary (Jennifer) of Sublette, John (Laura Headrick) of Towanda, Kansas., Sheri (Max Byrn) of Woodward and Joan (Layne Glunt) of Ottawa, Illinois.; his sister Mary Hindergardt; his sister-in-law Marjorie Headrick of Guymon; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Jordan Chambers, Julia Byrn, Jacob, Hayden, Regan Headrick, Kristen, Preston, Trinity Turner, Porche Pearson, Jessica Headrick, Colby, Landon, Avery Glunt, Zane and Both.
