She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul J. Urbanek and Clara J. Eggers Urbanek; and her close friend Jim Mouser. She is survived by: her pet Sharky; her daughter Angela K. Carlisle of Albuquerque; and her sister Bernadine Richert of Atwater.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church of Liberal.
