He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Lela Waggerman and Anthony Juarez Sr.; and his uncle Ray Waggerman. He is survived by: his mother Susan Waggerman of Agape's Grace; his wife Devin Juarez (Weers); his children, Anthony Juarez IV, Justin Juarez, Eli Juarez and Raelynn Juarez; his father Anthony Juarez Jr. (Cathie Juarez); his siblings, Rebekah Juarez (Colton Burk), Isaac Juarez (Leslie Melendez) and Noah Juarez (Kathryn Juarez); his siblings' children, Isaac Juarez Jr. and Myla Juarez; and his grandmother Lupe Juarez. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
