He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Juanita Miller (Lilly); his grandmother Clara Miller; and his former wife Judith Ann Miller (Hagedorn). He is survived by: his aunt Wanda Warren; his wife Judy Hagedorn; his daughters, Sonya Cook (Mike) of Louisburg, Melanie Miller of Overland Park, Kansas. and Kimberly Koehler (John) of Overland Park, Kansas.; and his grandchildren, Lily, Colin, Drew, Madelyn, Max, Olive and Vincent.
