He is survived by: his children, Lourdes Soto of Lyons, KS, Celsa Soto of Lyons, KS, Ismael Soto of Mexico, Guadalupe Soto of Oklahoma City, OK, Josue Soto of Mexico and Zeniada Soto. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
