He is survived by: his mother Janie Martinez Werner of Lyons; his grandparents, Raul and Francisca Martinez of Chase; his daughter Belladonna L. Werner of Lyons; his brothers, C. J. Werner (Marcella Arce Werner) of Lyons and Lucas Werner of Lyons; and his siblings' children, Mia Arce, Isabella Arce, Jada Werner and Xavier Werner.
Memorials may be given to Fresenius Kidney Care, Great Bend in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
