She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Borkert and Alta Borkert (Brockelman); and her siblings, Bernietta Williams, Ollie Borkert, Herman Borkert, Floyd Borkert and Lura Jane Borkert.
She is survived by : her spouse Foster Fulton; and her sister Beulah McPhail of Manhattan.
The family suggests memorial contributions in memory of Bernice to the Trinity Presbyterian Church.
