He is survived by: his spouse Dolores Umscheid; his children, Teresa Varriale (Jerry) of St. George, KS, Carolyn Carlson (Michael) of Shelbyville, KY, Michael Kemnitz (Carmen) of St. George, KS, Nancy Case (Robert) of West Plains, MO, Karla Effland (Kevin) of White City, KS and Troy Dierking (Anne) of Caldwell, KS; and his sister Shirley Faulkender of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
