He is survived by: his daughter Rochelle Horne of Martinez, GA; his siblings, Bethine Hall of Manhattan, KS, Lorita Fore of Oklahoma City, OK, Elsa Morgan of Manhattan and Charles Alexander of Manhattan, KS; and his grandchildren, Brittany Horne and Douglas Horne. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials in his name can be to the donor's choice.
