He was predeceased by : his parents, Jelw James and Nellie Irene Conn (Wheeler); his daughter Brooke Conn; and his brother Larry J. Conn. He is survived by : his children, Ginger Garcia of Salina, Rebecca (Evan Standingrock, Sr.) of Billings, Montana and William Conn (Bill) of Mankato, Kansas; and his siblings, Patricia Rasch of Abilene, Kansas and Mike Conn of Centralia, Missouri. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
