She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Modlin and Ethel Modlin (Loomis); her children, Teresa Anne Garst and Randy Stewart Garst; and her brothers, Douglas and Curtis Modlin.
She is survived by : her husband James Franklin Garst; her brother Fred Modlin (Joyce) of Inman, KS; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Hancock of Lakewood Co and Paul Garst (Darlene) of Mankato, KS.. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews.
