He is survived by: his mother Wanda Batterton (Herron) of Johnson, Kansas; his wife Esther Batterton; his daughters, Tara Spelts (Bryan) of Cheyenne Wells, Sheena Batterton of Garden City and Megan Baker (Josh) of Garden City, Kansas; his siblings, Charlene Walker (Larry) of Buena Vista, Colorado, Tom Batterton (Christina) of Big Spring and Ron Batterton (Pam) of Holly, Colorado; his aunt Donice Wilkerson of Johnson, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Angelina, Aiden, Ajourney and Skylee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
