It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar N. Huddleston of Marysville, Kansas, born in Bushton, Kansas, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Cornelius "Neal" Huddleston and Ruth Esther Naomi Huddleston (Schepmann); his wife Karen Stretch (Germer); and his stepson Bruce Hollander. He is survived by : his wife Leslie Huddleston; his children, Ruth Kracht (Dennis) of Marysville, KS, David Huddleston (Susan) of Wamego, KS, Kelley Gillum (Dennis) of Kansas City, MO, Angela Moore (John) of Park River, ND and Melissa Childs (Eric) of Junction City, KS; his great grandchildren, Justin and Chelsea Kracht (Violet); his grandchildren, Dr. Logan, Maggie Kracht (Preston) of Lawrence, KS, Jasmyn, Kyle Windisch of Osawatomie, KS, Anna, Jon Englert (Jocelyn) of Wichita, KS, Abby Huddleston, Bethany Huddleston of Topeka, KS, Benjamin Huddleston, Nathan Houdyshell of Orem, UT, Elliot Gillum of Kansas City, MO, Katie, Jon Bates (Noah), Ewa Beach, Jeffrey, Kim Gillum of Kansas City, MO, Ashley, Simon Bezuidenhout (Annabella) of Park River, ND, Jordan Moore of Vernon, FL, Mary Moore (Gio Cortez), Brittany, Harrison Lamb (Andrea) of Chapman, KS, Joshua Childs (Payton Boldt) of Kansas City, KS and Jacob Childs of Rexburg, ID.; and his stepchildren, Brenda Johnson, Bobbi Hilderbrand and Bambi Hollander. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
