It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Galen L. Walters of Marysville, Kansas, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Walters and Doris Walters of Beattie; his wife Vickie Larmore; his children, Joni Fink of Marysville and Lennie Walters (Nichole) of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Kylee Fink of Lenexa, Andrew Fink of Herkimer, Brittany Fink of Marysville, Eli and Brinley Walters of Shawnee; his great grandchild Adelyn Brown of Marysville; and his sisters, Marilyn Biel of Lincoln, NE, Linda Domann (Dean) of Winchester, Betty Walters of Mesa, AZ and Karen Taphorn (Jim) of Beattie.
A memorial fund has been established to the Beattie Fire Department or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
