He was predeceased by : his parents, Laverne Kruse and Verna Kruse (Bormann); his brothers, Loren, Merlin and Larry; his sisters-in-law, Bernice and Donna; and his nephew Danny.

He is survived by : his wife Kay Williamson; and his siblings, Harlen Kruse (Kathy) and Arlene (Dale). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
