He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Matilda (Johnson) and Charles Arthur Lindblade; and his siblings, Betty Gibson and Wendall Lindblade (Rosellen Lindblade). He is survived by: his spouse Rosellen M. Straka; his children, Michael Owen Lindblade of McPherson, Kenneth Dean Lindblade of McPherson and Judy Ellen Moore (Steve) of Olathe, Kansas; his grandchildren, Lindsey Moore, Abbie Geissler (Tyler) and Grant Moore; and his great grandchild Noah Geissler.
